mac keyboard with iMac and Office Word... down arrow goes up and up arrow goes down... left goes right and right goes left... what's the problem?

My keyboard is going the wrong way... down arrow goes up and up arrow goes down, only with microsoft word though... weird ! Any help would be appreciated! Thank!
