2011 VW Jetta TDI- RCD 510/iPhone 5 Bluetooth Problems?

I am having a boatload of issues with my new iPhone 5. I have a 2011 VW Jetta TDI with an RCD 510 stereo and had absolutely NO problems with my 4S running iOS 5. Perfect bluetooth streaming audio and abilty to use steering wheel controls and voice activation. Now, I can pair my iPhone 5 with the car, but the only instance that BT works is in outgoing calls. No steering wheel controls, no bluetooth streaming audio, no voice controls or contacts, and no incoming calls. I've tried to find a fix online for it, and tried unplugging and replugging in the bluetooth receiver under the passenger seat, but have had no success after forgetting the device and trying to repair multiple times. Any ideas on how to try something else?
