Hi

I have perchased a itunes card for coles, when i scrached off the coating to find the code number opp no number. So i went back to the store to refund or exchange for another card and the store at coles did not refund me with a new card, so what i want is a new card for the money i have spent ?????

p.s i have the recipt and itunes card.

Please help...........

On the bottom of your card, UNDER the barcode, you will se a long number. That is the card serial number.

Go to apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html to email the iTunes store support.

Tell them that the redemption code was scratched off, and give them the card serial number. Someone from the iTunes Store will email you back with the cards redemption code.
