Jam Pack loops grayed out

I've finally finished (I thought) the herculean effort of installing all of the additional content for Logic Pro. However, when I go to the Loop Library and select the View drop down, all I see is Garage Band and Jam Pack Symphony as selectors.

If I go to the Additional Content dialog box, it shows that I have all 6 of the Jam Packs installed (Instruments, Apple Loops, and Surround). However the Apple Loops for all of the Jam Packs other than Symphony are grayed out.

I suspect there is a relationship, but I've searched everywhere and can't seem to determine what the gray means or why I don't see the additional loops.

Any thoughts?
