My right earphone never works - iPhone 4S - Please help?!

Hey,

I have been having problems with my headphones for a while now. No matter which brand of headphones i use, after a couple of months the right ear piece no longer works. I have tried different brands including the Apple earphones, Sennheiser, AI AI AI and Beats. The headphones work on other devices but not my iPhone. I can't get a booking at the Genius Bar for a while so i hope someone is able to help me!? I am getting fed up of this now and it's costing me a fortune to keep buying new pairs of headphones!
