vcard import problem from mail/imessage to ms exchange address book

Hi,

i am using an iphone 4 (ios6.01) and iphone 5 (ios6.02).

My collegue send me some contacts (vcf, vcard) with pictures via email an imessage. I added them as a new contact to the exchange address book ( ms exchange 2010 sp2 ru4)

I all cases the contact pictures are not visible in outlook 2010 or outlook web access.

after the import the photo is on the phone viewable, in outlook not...

Do you have some suggestions?

If i add this vcard direclty in outlook, it works :-)
