i purchase the NBA2k13 but FAILED to install of my ipod touch 4th generation with iOS 6.0.1.... can i ask? why is it failed to install? do i need to jailbreak my ipod?

We cannot help you with such a scant amount of information. How were you attempting to get the app - by synching from iTunes on a computer, or by downloading directly from the App Store - and what exactly happens when you try?
I assume this is the same file you downloaded from PirateBay? If so, good luck.
You will have to find a way to buy the app legally. You cannot use something you got from Pirate Bay, which is both illegal and technically will not work.
