I have just uploaded over 600 photos from my recent trip to Thailand but when I show the thumbnails they are different to the photos that are actually there making it VERY difficult and timeconsuming to move to separate folders!!! Any ideas on how I fix this would be helpful

What veresion of iPhoto and of the OS?
Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library

Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. It can take 3 or 4 goes for this to work
