When I try to access my email on the web using Sarfari a page opens and is grey in color. I can log in on my PC with out a problem.
However I can't with my new MacBook Pro. It apears to accept all my log in information and a window opens with a Google search box on top of the page but no email account information.

Have you tried using another Mac browser to see if you get the same behavior? Firefox is free. I have been to web sites where Safari didn't work, but if I opened Firefox, the web site behaved normally.
I install Foxfire and had the same problem. However it indicated I was missing a plugin...Adobe flash player.
I Installed the inplug and now both browsers will open the web page at Charter.com. Thanks for taking to time to reply.
