Can I upgrade my MBP from Leopard to Snow Leopard by bringing it into the store?

Hello Everybody,

I want to buy the upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard. Unfortunately, they no longer sell them in stores. Am I allowed to go to the store and have them install Snow Leopard onto my computer with, say, a cord? Are there any stores that still have leftover copies?
