I'm planning on wiping my iMac and putting a fresh copy of Mountain Lion on it. I want to keep my iTunes library completely intact (the playlists, the meta tags, my genre list, everything). What's the easiest way to clone my iTunes and have it be the same after the wipe?
I don't want to use Time Machine.

Copy the entire itunes folder.
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive put it Back to to your New Computer after the wipe...
