i cannot find my ipod shuffle in this new version of itunes

I've been beating my head against the wall trying EVERYTHING I've read to try...turns out that my AVG virus protection was interferring with the process. Simple but true. I disabled by internet coverage only and I'm good now.

same here. Have tried everything in the support reccomendations. Only been a problem since my computer updated itunes. Have tried my laptop and my desktop but no success. It will charge and play but I can't change anything on it using the iTunes software. Computers don't recognise the shuffle at all. 😠
