I have purchased extra storage space and it has not worked

I have had to replace my iphone as it was faulty and to back up my data etc i have purchased extra storage £14.00 to fit in all my data and the up load has not worked, as the iphone exchange has now taken place the whole icloud situation has failed................

ive lost several items as itunes has not restored them either.

can you advise? ( although its a bit late now)

Hopefully this information will help you understand about iCloud storage....

By default, iCloud accounts include 5 GB of free storage space, which you can use for the following:

Documents in the Cloud
iOS Backups
Mail

The following items do not count against your iCloud storage space:

Photo Stream
Contacts
Calendars
Bookmarks
Reminders
Notes

I am unclear what you mean by "ive lost several items as itunes has not restored them either"
