Easiest way to clone iPhoto?

I'm planning on wiping my iMac and putting a fresh copy of Mountain Lion on it. I want to keep my iPhoto library completely intact (the events, the orientation of the photos, my faces and places list, everything). What's the easiest way to clone my iPhoto and have it be the same after the wipe?

I don't want to use Time Machine.
