Error with core data?

I have the kik application and when i use it, it says that there is an error with my core data.

This worries me because i can not delete my photos from my device or the computer, leaving my ipod touch above the maximum storage capacity.

Since it is also above it's capacity it will not allow me to transfer the songs I have purchased on the device to my itunes software.

And it will also not allow me to back up/sync my device. Someone please help me!
