Command-K No Workie

Suddenly the Command-K shortcut stopped working on my 15" Powerbook G4 (OS 10.4.6). I disabled auto login and got the shift-command-k Network window back.

Anybody know what's up with this? Is it 10.4.6 related?

I have the same problem on my 12" PB G4,

Shift commandK wrks when switched on, when I change llocations or turn airport on to connect to the net, the shortcut stops working!

If I have a finder window open and use the shortcut, the contents jump to a 'network' directory but it is empty. the path shows it is in "computer>Network" however it shows the network as active on the path (command click on title) - if I navigate to the network vie the sidebar it brings me to the actual network window - with the same path but it shows the network as inactive on the path.

The link in the go menu also stopped working.

please help solve this. its very annoying.

Thanks
