Inserting captions and narration in iMovie

I watched the videos but could not find any of the menus for these two actions. I have iMove '11. I have the movie all instated, but want to insert either one of these actions.

Your assistance will be most appreciated.

For captions, I suggest using the Lower Thirds Title. If your needs are more complex than this, let me know.

For narration, use the Voiceover feature.
