turned off bluetooth now I cannot connect my mouse which is bluetooth

I turned off the bluetooth and now I cannot turn it back on because I have a bluetooth mouse and of course it don't work. I can get to the system preferences using the contol key

but I cannot move the cursor to turn on the bluetooth. Is there some way to do this? The only other thing I can think of is to use a wired mouse but I don't have one. Any suggestions???
