Help Needed!

Hi Everyone. I have a question on how to add a "favicon" onto my website in iWeb. I am a beginner to web design and I wanted to find out how to add a favicon to my webpage. I only use iWeb to edit my website. Second, I wanted to know how to create a hidden page on my website. What I mean by that is that I could have a link at the bottom of my page for my privacy policy. This page wound not be on the the top, on the menu bar. I am using the Freestyle template to design my website if that is any help to you.
