Very frustrated and noone seems to be able to help.

I pay bills online through Fidelity Bill Pay (a brokerage house that allows online payment of bills).

Normally I have no problem and can view the bills of several credit cards. I easily print the bills to keep a hard copy and then pay the bills.

BUT I have a Barclay Bank Delaware visa card through LLBean which is the problem. I can view the bill through Fidelity and see it clearly but if I try to print it the preview shows a blank page. I can select and copy the bill and paste into Textedit or Word and see the bill but if I try to print the page is blank. I can copy the bill and email it to myself and see the bill but if I try to then print I get a blank page. I can go to Barclays web site and sign in and see and print the bill but I would love to make this bill act like all others on my bill pay site. I keep thinking some setting must be wrong. Would love some help from folks who find computers less of a mystery.

What do I need to do.

Thank you,

    Hello, Peggy,

It sounds like a coding error in the bank's web site, but I can't be certain. First, what version of Mac OS X are you running and what web browser versions have you tried?

Thank you. I am using OS 10.6.8 and the same problem happens on Safari and on Fire Fox. Tech support at Barclays and at Fidelity said they were not the problem and both said they could not explain why I could not print what I could see on the screen. I figure there must be an answer and I appreciate your thinking about it even if we can't find it.

I know that may seem a little bit overkill but have you tried Adobe Acrobat Reader for those PDFs

I have tried Adobe Acrobat Reader. Same result.

    Thank you for the thought.
