siri ipod touch 4g

Hey, I have an iPod Touch 4G, and I'd like to know if there's any chance that I can get to use Siri, because my iPod has a weird, useless thing, called ''Voice Control'' and it really doesn't work. For example, you say the title of the song you want to hear and, instead of changing it, it pauses the song you're listening to, or stuff like that.

Please help.

P.D.: I've tried nearly EVERY one of those Apps that are a copy of Siri, but none of them really work for me
