Don't Display Japanese Title Menu

Numbers Title Menu is not Japanese Display. But after 2013Years ago Numbers Title Menu is only English Dispaly.

I want to Change to Japanese Menu Tile from English,

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Numbers
