I try to use my ipad cellular data through laptop or mobile , then it's required wifi hotspot or personal hotspot, but I can't find any personal hotspot setting menu in my ipad 3 ver 6.0.1..please help me to solve this problem?

Does your cellular provider have a tethering paln (required for hotspot)?
