Battery problem after changing to iOS 6.0.2

I'm experiencing a significant decrease in battery performance after installing iOS 6.0.2. Without any special use (even without doing a lot of phone calls) and with all the background processes de-activated the battery (aftre being fully charged) doesn't even last a full day! A complete mess!!!

How long will it take Apple to fix iOS 6.0.2???
