Cannot connect to iTunes

Hi

Read previous discussion threads concerning this.

Have tried:

Changing DNS 8.8.8.8

Signed out n signed back in

Changed the date forward on the ipad

Pretty basic user purchase mostly books to read

Any suggestions would be of great... Have a book I'm excited to read sitting in iCloud

(Bought it while I was on my PC)
