i bough an iphone 5 at srpint us with FULL PRICE. now i live in Vietnam and i cant active with Vietnamese carrier . Please help me ! because that i bought with full price so may sprint unlock for me to use international ?

You need to contact Sprint. They are the only ones that can unlock your phone.

Your friend is wrong. Apple will NOT unlock your phone. Only Sprint will.

Sprint phones are NOT unlocked. Sprint will unlock the SIM slot for international travel ONLY if you are a current Sprint customer in good standing.
You bought the wrong phone.
Sell it to someone in the US who can use it on Sprint and buy one you can use.
I bough it with a full price . it mean non-contract phone so i think when i back to VietNam i can use it

You are mistaken. A non contract phone does NOT mean unlocked. In the US, the ONLY place to buy unlocked iPhones is through Apple; either online or a an Apple store.
I suggest you do what Tim suggested. Sell yours and buy a new one.
