Hello When My IPOD Touch 4Gen Is Plugged In To The Mains It Is Working And Charging But As Soon As I Take The Charger Out My IpoD Cuts Out Why Is This Please 😕

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem. Couod be a bad battery.
