Can't text people using emoji ? But can text without using it ?

You can only text using emoji with other iphone users.

Yes and no... you can send them to people without iPhones, but if they make it to the destination, they will most likely be nonsense.
That's doesn't help, I can't send it to any iPhone and they all have the latest iOS
