Jan 4, 2013 5:53 AM in response to jctezby Syd Rodocker,Greetings...and welcome to the iTunes U Site Manager Discussions! Thanks for posting! All editing for your iTunes U Site is done in Public Site Manager which you access through Safari using your Apple ID and password.
Here's the link to login: https://sitemanager.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/DZStudio.woa/wa/SignIn
Please let us know if you continue to have issues! All the best to you!

Jan 4, 2013 6:08 AM in response to Syd Rodockerby jctez, gosh thanks so much syd. when i go there it says my apple id is incorrect. i know that it is correct. i can go to itunes store and use it. i don't know what to do?
also, i can log into itunes u site manager page with it, and there is a bunch of editing tools there. how come if it is web based? or is that for after you set up your site design?
i really am quite tech knowledgable but this is just perplexing me no end! LOL
thank you so much.

Jan 4, 2013 6:30 AM in response to jctezby Syd Rodocker,Thanks for the response! Just a few questions to clarify...
Is this a new site? Have you received your activation confirmation from the iTunes U Team varifying your Apple ID and password as the Administrator?
When we originally launched our site in 2008, all editing was done through the iTunes Application. When it bacame available a couple of years ago, we migrated all of our content to the new Public Site Manager environment...and now all editing and uploading is done through Safari. Am I correct in understanding that when you go to the Public Site Manager log in, you can't access the your site using you Apple ID and password?

Jan 4, 2013 9:45 AM in response to Syd Rodockerby jctez,Hey Syd, and thanks again for the help. I'm back now LOL.
Yes, this is a new site, not even designed yet.
Yes i received my activation confirmation
Yes, when I go to log in, I cannot access using my apple id, but as stated, i know i am putting in the correct log in, as it works everywhere else on apple. It also lets me log into my itunes U site ON ITUNES.
If all editing and uploading is done through Safari, why am I seeing editing tools on itunes itself?
For the life of me I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong, other than Apple not accepting my login.
Anything?
thanks again.

Jan 4, 2013 10:42 AM in response to jctezby Syd Rodocker,Since your site is new and hasn't been designed, you're still able to access and edit your content through the iTunes Application. Once the transition to PSM is complete, all editing will then be done through the Safari portal.
I would suggest sending a detailed email about your issues to the following iTunes U Support address. And please continue to post udates on your progress. All the best...

Jan 4, 2013 10:50 AM in response to Syd Rodockerby jctez, yes i can access it but when i click to change the banner photo, it takes me to safari and a message that says ''unavailable'' or i have been logged out. But i haven't been logged out.
i even went in and changed my apple id password, and the psm still says my login is incorrect. again, i am logged in on the itunes app, my school and id is listed, but i can't edit anything.
what do u mean "once the transition to psm is complete" ?? how do i complete that?
and thanks, I did write itunes u, i hope they answer.
thanks again very much.
