Yes it will work with an adapter. If you give a bit more information about the display it may be possible to determine which adapter is needed.
specifically what information would you like to know?
Maybe the display model number, size, connector type (Mini DisplayPort, DVI, ADC), case (plastic, aluminium). Anything would help determine the adapter needed.
This 27" 2007 aluminum CinemeDispay uses DVI-D Single Link cable. No model name/number in System Profiler or Display Properties. This display's serial# 2A7251TDXMN and has 1920 x 1200 resolution.
If it is 1920x1200 and uses DVI, then you can use the Mac Mini's HDMI port and the HDMI to DVI adapter that comes with the computer.
It may be a 23" display (measure the screen diagonally, not the case). The 27" is more than 1920x1200 and does not use DVI.
I stand corrected. yes it's 23" monitor. I'm looking forward to my new Mac mini:)
