Itunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error occurred (-3212).

Had to reformat disk on computer and reinstall all programs. Itunes installed ok but can't connect - see error message above. I get same message with Firefox, Aol but other programs seem to have no trouble with my network, modem and wireless router. Thanks for any help.
