Airport Extreme problems

Just bought a new IMac and time capsule. Set up using O2 wireless IV router. As a result, internet connection failed on the other home PC. Then treid to set up Airport Extreme but unable to find a configured base statioon nor able to confgigure one myself. Any help would be appreciated
