Customs clearance, most likely.

why wont it ship somewhere for goodness sake

Only the HK customs office could say.

Well i know when its supposed to be coming but its fridayy..if they dont ship over the weekend how am i supposed to get it the 7th (Monday) if its all the way in hong kong?
