I use Outlook (exchange server) for my calendar and most of the time it syncs fine with my iPhone, but any calendar descriptions that I change in my iPhone are not synced back to Outlook. Any ideas how to fix this?
Any changes I make to Outlook descriptions sync fine.
Any new items will sync fine from one to the other.

Been bugging me for months but just found the solution::::
Go to Settings/Calendar/Default Calendar: there should be a bunch of options under 'EXCHANGE' and then another section below this 'Your Icloud' account ...make sure you select 'Calendar' under your EXCHANGE heading.
Then when creating an event in your calendar ...scroll down and make sure that under the 'calendar' tab that it is selecting the Calendar from your EXCHANGE account and not one of your other accounts.
Done!
