sync outlook contacts
I have set up my iCloud account and double checked all my settings but my contacts from outlook (Exchange) are not backing up to iCloud. How do I correct this?

Check whether your contacts are getting stored in the Exchange server or the iCloud server. If they are being stored in the Exchange server (which is likely the default in Outlook for Mac), then you'll have to migrate them to iCloud before they will back up via iCloud instead.
