The wifi conection of my iphone 2g don`t work any more, and the touch screen is broken.
It is posible to repair ? or to change the iphone ?

I don't know if Apple still has any service stock units of the original iPhone. If they do, it will cost you $149 to get it replaced.

No. You cany buy a 4 or 4S on contract from many carriers for a discount.

According to apple. You can get a iphone 4 from 0$ on contract. Or a 4s 99$ with contract. Iphone 5 $200 with contract

Apple does not have an iPhone replacement service, but they do have display repair service. So you may arrange the display repair for $149,99, send them your iPhone, and they will send make a like for like change. You may receive:
-the best case - the new iPhone 2G, (of course not retail box, no charger or other accesories, you will receive just phone sealed in tape, in a small white box).
- the worst case - the new iPhone 3G, 3GS or 4 (the same no retail box, etc.).
If you are lucky, you will receive the iPhone 2G which is more than $500 worth on eBay.

Not quite- Apple does not replace iPhones with newer models.
SJF: they do if they are out of service replacement models and do not have a timetable for when, or if, they will get one. My sister's iPhone 3Gs was replaced with an iPhone 4 for $149.
Maybe different stores do it differently. I had an iPhone 2G just like the OP and needed it replaced. The store said they have none in stock and I would have to wait until they order it and it comes in. I said, "Is it possible to just replace it with an iPhone 3G?" And the reply was "No, we don't replace them with newer models." So I think it's just one of those luck things, like having a phone with a cracked screen replaced for free.
