Shouldn't i be able to access iCloud by tapping on the icon? To see stored items I have to loginn with PC.
Shouldn't I be able to access my iCloud by tapping on the icon? I can log into it from a PC, but not access it from my iPad.

Settings > general > Restrictions, check you are allowed to change accounts.
