My ipad mini only syncs calender events in one direction: from the computer (outlook) to the ipad, but not from the ipad to the computer. Notes and Contacts sync the same way.

When I sync my ipad mini to the computer through UBS the calender items, notes and contacts transfer correctly from the computer ( from Outlook 2007) to the ipad mini. However, the same information on the ipad does NOT transfer to the computer. I think it might have in the past (I only have had the ipad for a week or two), but I'm not sure. I have the itunes settings marked to sync with Outlook. Isn't it supposed to sync in both directions?
