i go to appleid.apple.com then to password and security then i order to

Send reset security info email to d•••••@hotmail.com

but i don't have thes email d•••••@hotmail.com

!!!!

i have primary email x***@hotmail.com and my alternate email addressr****@yahoo.com

i don't receive reset security email !!!!

please help me
