Create group in address book directly from an email addresses

I wrote an email with many, many! email addresses, im now trying to now take all of those addresses and directly from that create a group in address book. Can I do this? Im trying to avoid doing it one by one from the general address book...

How can i do that in order to avoid missing anyone? This message has all emails i need... Help!

Ive tried to save in .csv but for some reason it won't let me import! What is happening??
