How do I get out of windows and back to my Mac
I loaded Boot Camp and windows. Now every time I start my Mac, windows starts up and I can't get out of it.

Reboot, at the sound of the chime hold the option/alt key down. When the Boot Manager appears select OSX. In System Preferences>Startup disk you can assign a default.
Please read the Boot Camp documentation (in Boot Camp Assistant) missing this suggests that there may be other items you missed, and may yet need.

Hold Option key at startup. Then under OSX you can change "System Preferences > Startup disk".
Restart holding down the Option Key. Select Mac OS X when the screen appears
