Wifi Connection issues

I have a question guys (and girls), I got a 4th generation Ipod touch at home and it used to connect to wifi at home easily. Now, I can't seem to connect to the wifi at home anymore? Before it would connect then disconnect on its own but now it just gives me a message saying unable to connect to whatever the network name is selected. Any idea how I could fix this issue? It would help me a lot.

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.3

Does the iPod connect to other networks?

Do other devices now connect?

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Power off and then back on the router

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
