Lost everything from iPhone5!!

I bought a new iPone 5. My i Phone 4 was stolen a while ago. I downloaded a number of ring tones, apps and songs on new iPhone 5. I returned to my home after Xmas break, plugged new iPhone into my laptop and selected back up - I got everything on the old iPhone 4 but all new ring tones, songs and pics on new iPhone have disappeared. How can I retrieve all the new stuff I put on the 5?
