My iCal keeps dropping entries after about three or four months. How do I get it to keep everything indefinately?

I'm not sure if you are talking about iCal on computer or iPhone. I had this issue with iPhone so I know how to fix that. If you go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Scroll down to Calendars and under Sync you have the option for all events, events 6 months back, 3 months, 1 month, 2 weeks. Maybe that will help?

Yeah, I'd already checked that, and I have 'All events' selected. Unfortunately it still deletes things after a few months. I'd asked a specialist at the apple store, she checked her iPhone and saw that hers were deleting also but could not answer me as to why this happens.
