How to clear up 'Other' space on iPhone?

Unfortunately, I have run out of space on my iCloud account, but I do not have a plethera of apps, photos, or music that should have already taken up the space. The killer is the other space on the iPhone. Are there any easy ways to clear that up quickly to make more room for the iCloud storage?
