Iphone5 ios 602 what should be the battery life ?

I have iphone5 running ios 6.0.2 , obviously I am seeing battery drain issue. But I was hoping someone can help me to baseline the real battery life of an iphone5.

What is the baseline talk time one expects out of iphone5 ?

What is baselines standby time for iphone5 ?

After doing all resets etc as suggested in the forum, I saw I can use my phone for max 3,4 hours of talk time and around 10 hours stby before I need to charge it again.

Note I am not using any other apps other than push mail, whatsApp, SMS services and phone calls. No games not apps.

Is this the best battery life I can get from iphone5 ?
