I can't download 17+ apps

Question

I can't download 17+ apps

I am over the age restriction and I have logged out and in multiple times can anyone help?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

Do you have restrictions enabled? Try going to, Settings> General> Restrictions. if it is on and you know the password either disable ristrictions, or just scroll to Allowed Content> Apps> then set it to All. Hope that helps!

Same here I there is no all only +4>+9>+12 and when I enable the restrictions i can't do anythin!!!😮

Ok I don't know what the code it so is there a way around it? And I can't find allowed content>apps>.

I Can not set it to all theirs just dnot allow apps,4+,9+and 12+ please help (8.3)

Had the same problem even with my restrictions turned off. But I noticed the ratings were based on US and I live in Canada so turened on restrictions and changed to my region then turned off restrictions again then all was good.
