Sharing / publishing playlists in latest version of iTunes (11.0.1 (12))

Hi there,

I've recently updated to the latest version of iTunes (11.0.1 (12)) and cannot seem to find a way to share or publish playlists.

I came across this article:

But I assume it's out of date as I can't for the life of me see the publish arrow it mentions or the “Show links to the iTunes Store” checkbox in preferences.

Is this a function Apple have got rid of?
