AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found

When I turn my computer on. I get the AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_ checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll

Windows 7, I-tunes
