I have problem with seller.
My son poured milk on my Mac and when I went to apple branch in Spokane maintenance they told me i must paid $ 750. I told them that I have comprehensive ensure a and they told me it did not include the fluid and breakage. on the other hand When i bought it from apple in Seattle, the seller told me that the warranty covers everything except theft. Seller deceived me. I want to make a complaint against him. and i would like to fix my Mac.
Does this reseller have any affiliation with Apple? It sure doesn't sound like it.
The Apple warranty covers faulty manufacture, not accidental damage - like milk!
Sorry to tell you but you are completely out of Luck. Unless your home owners insurance policy covers Accidental Computer Damages you will have to pay for the repairs out of your own pocket.
As for the seller, Caveat Emptor. Good Luck.
This is an iMac, with a separate keyboard? (This is the iMac grooup) I ask because you can get a replacement keyboard - it does not have to Apple - for about $20.

I have lost keyboards to fluid damage (usually beer or wine) but, never an iMac. Does the iMac still boot?
I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around someone complaining their warranty doesn't cover spilled milk into an iMac! I can't think of any electronic device manufacturer that would cover their products against this type of damage.
As someone else has posted, a homeowner's policy would be the only thing that comes to mind that MIGHT insure against this...and most policies have a deductible, anyway.

I knew someone who ran over there own MacBook that got it covered by there homeowners policy.
My homeowner's extension policy according to the text covers all but
